By creating an account on Lekhahang or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.

Lekhahang provides an automated customer messaging platform for Cambodian SMEs. The service integrates with Facebook Messenger to deliver rules-based automated responses on behalf of your business. Features include:

• Automated customer support responses via Facebook Messenger
• Rules-based FAQ matching for accurate product and business information
• Human handover when customer inquiries require staff attention
• Conversation management dashboard for business owners and staff

3. User Accounts

To use Lekhahang, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete business information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Maintain one business per account

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Lekhahang to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or abuse the messaging system
• Provide inaccurate pricing, business hours, or product information
• Distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate Facebook Platform Policies or Meta's Terms of Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

Lekhahang and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Lekhahang and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all business content (product information, FAQ responses, business details) that you provide to the platform. By using Lekhahang, you grant us a limited license to process and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of Lekhahang is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. Key points include:

• We collect only the data necessary to provide the automated messaging service
• Your business data is isolated per tenant using row-level security policies
• Customer interactions via Facebook Messenger are subject to Meta's data policies in addition to ours

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Lekhahang shall not be liable for:

• Inaccuracies in automated responses resulting from outdated business data provided by the user
• Service interruptions caused by Facebook API outages or third-party dependencies
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using the service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account through the platform settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to the platform will be revoked
• Your business data will be retained and deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Connected Facebook Page integrations will be disconnected

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
